Prana Apana is a breath Kriya that will help you to feel balanced and centred.
What is a Kriya?
A Kriya is an action (Usually a repetitative movement and breath) which creates change, evolution, shifts.
This Kriya is a Sacred practice that has been passed down orally via master to student in the Himalayas.
I was taught this very special and accessable practice whilst studying with Anand ji Mehrota at the Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh.
For many, a way of life, a soure of life, a pigrimage, an expression of the Divine, a Holy River.
It is said that you can give all of your pain and anger to her, any negative thought pattern, and accept her unconditional love and strength in return.
I recomend that if you ever have the opportunity to visit her, that you sit with her for a while. However, for now you can sit with her here, you can give her all your pain and in return feel her love.
A 35 Minute Yin Practice, for when you need to pause and re connect. Focusing on the element of wood, Liver and Gall Bladder Meridians, helpful in processing frustration, irritation and anger. Helping to nourish our ability to be flexible and adaptive.
This practice is good for -
Digestive problems, muscle tension, twitches, fatigue, allergies and
Migrains.
A great uplifting practice using Breath and movement.
