Me!

I began my training In Ibiza! One of my soul homes! I did a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with a view to integrate this into my therapeutic work. From this training I was hooked! I signed up for a 200 hour Vinyasa Training followed by a 200 hour Yoga Training in Kirtan (Bhakti Yoga), Advanced Yin, and most recently 300 hour training at Sattva Yoga Accademy in Rishikesh.

However, we are all eternal students and I am incredibly grateful for the wisdom and teachings of the Yoga Masters and wisdom traditions.
